2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the topup33 Platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, payment instrument, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Exclusions. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and local bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. topup33 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method last used for a deposit, unless topup33 approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.4 No Withdrawal of Unplayed Deposits. topup33 reserves the right to deduct a processing fee or decline a withdrawal request where a deposit has not been wagered at least once. 4.5 Unclaimed Balances. Account balances that remain dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the Player. After 36 months of dormancy with no Player contact, unclaimed balances may be forfeited in accordance with the Platform's unclaimed funds policy.
5.1 All bets placed on the topup33 Platform are subject to the applicable game-specific rules, sportsbook rules, or lottery rules as published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
5.2 topup33 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, at odds or stakes that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical malfunction, or where a wager was facilitated by a software error. topup33 will endeavour to notify affected Players and process refunds to topup33 wallet balances.
5.3 Bets that have been confirmed and accepted are binding on both parties, except where voided in accordance with Clause 5.2 or any applicable game-specific rule.
5.4 topup33 does not extend credit to Players. All wagers must be funded from existing topup33 wallet balances at the time of bet placement.
6.1 topup33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 topup33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial use, the remaining bonus balance will be removed from the Player's wallet. Any winnings accrued beyond the maximum bonus win cap stated in the promotion terms may be voided.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using third-party software to exploit bonus structures, or any coordinated effort to derive unfair advantage from promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the topup33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the topup33 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, imagery, text, user interface design, and source code — is the property of topup33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without topup33's prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, topup33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities; (c) any interruption of service, including scheduled maintenance or unanticipated downtime.
9.2 topup33's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your topup33 wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits topup33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion for a period of not less than 6 months. 12.1 topup33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) topup33 has reason to believe the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) topup33 is required to do so by a licensing authority, law enforcement agency, or court order; (c) topup33 determines that the continued operation of the account poses a risk management, compliance, or reputational concern.
12.2 Upon account closure for breach, topup33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited or directed to a responsible gaming fund at topup33's discretion.
12.3 Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting topup33 support via the live chat widget. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
